Leaders for the Future (L4F)
Leaders for the Future is a nationally recognised course for teachers with leadership potential in the early stages of their career. The focus is on developing leadership skills, knowledge and mind-sets, which can be used immediately to increase impact beyond the classroom through influencing others and working on wider projects. This programme is delivered by MSTA under licence with SSAT.
Our next cohort of Leaders for the Future is due to start in spring 2021.
It is essential that the next generation of leaders are identified early on in their careers and nurtured within our schools. Highly successful schools place quality leadership of learning at the heart of what they do.
Through five inspiring modules, Leaders for the Future allows delegates an opportunity to develop the key leadership skills, knowledge and mind sets needed to increase impact beyond the classroom. All modules are delivered by our own highly experienced and accredited school leaders.
